Return & Refund Policy Last updated: July 2026
1. Digital Products — No Returns All products sold by Soft Sanctum Art are digital downloads (printable art files). Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned", we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been accessed or downloaded.
2. Exceptions — When We Will Refund We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
- The file you received is corrupt, incomplete, or technically unusable and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 5 business days.
- You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
- The product delivered is materially different from what was described on the product page.
To request a refund under these exceptions, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase date.
3. How to Contact Us Email us at christinadeetee@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
4. Chargebacks We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. If a chargeback is filed for a successfully delivered digital product outside of the exceptions above, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide evidence of delivery to the payment provider.
5. Governing Law This policy is governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
